Languages, agents, and GTM systems

Andrew codes the way he runs go-to-market: operator-first, full-stack, and biased toward systems that keep working after the demo ends. Day to day that means TypeScript and Python for product and automation, React and Node for operator interfaces, C# and Unity for game and simulation work, Solidity when onchain pieces matter, and Postgres, Docker, Git, and Linux underneath it all.

On the agents and GTM side, he has built voice-first AI agent fleets, outbound command centers, lead and sequence tooling, marketing automation, content and reporting workflows, SEO and AEO systems, paid acquisition creative pipelines, and enterprise AI GTM infrastructure for zero-to-one and one-to-ten teams. The through-line is the same whether the surface is a campaign, a command center, or an agent fleet: ship the motion, instrument it, and leave behind something repeatable.

From deal flow to AI GTM

Andrew McGrath started in Bay Area residential real estate, running marketing for a high-volume transaction team where velocity, local positioning, and repeatable systems determined whether the pipeline stayed full. Those same mechanics (complex sales, consistent acquisition, operator discipline) became the foundation for his move into tech. He later co-founded Maira AI as CEO, then stepped into his current work as CMO of Vesara and fractional CMO through Darwinian Ventures.
